Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Quality Manager for a major Oil & Gas / Chemical industry project in Sines.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for leading QAQC activities
- site, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, supervising the quality team, and monitoring subcontractor performance. You will manage audits, inspections, and documentation, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure proper handover of quality records. Additionally, you will support training, subcontractor evaluations, and project reporting to guarantee continuous improvement and alignment with project goals.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field;
  
  
  
  
• Minimumof 5 years of experience, preferably in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Chemical Industry projects;
  
  
  
  
• IWE Certification or similar, FROSIO Level II Certification, is a plus;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in English;
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, and effective communication with contractors and internal teams.
