Are you passionate about shaping the future of quality assurance and driving innovation across teams? As a QA Lead, you will lead our quality assurance strategy, mentor a
- performing team, and ensure our Customer Experience Platforms deliver exceptional quality, security, and performance. Your expertise will define scalable testing practices, foster continuous improvement, and embed quality into every phase of our delivery lifecycle.

In your role, you will:

1. Define the QA strategy, standards, and policies across all testing and delivery streams for the Customer Experience Platforms (CXP).
2. Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed QA team, promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation.
3. Allocate QA resources effectively across initiatives, ensuring the right skills and knowledge are in place.
4. Develop reusable frameworks for test planning, automation, performance testing, and
   - based QA.
5. Ensure QA is integrated into all delivery phases with clear roles, test gates, and escalation protocols.
6. Implement standardized QA tooling, frameworks, and automation pipelines.
7. Foster a community of practice for QA, ensuring consistency and peer learning across teams.

You will work closely with technology, product, and operations leaders to embed quality into every stage of the delivery lifecycle, driving automation and QA maturity.

You are suited for this role if you have:

1. Over 3 years of experience as a Test Manager in digital programs, managing complex projects.
2. Expertise in Agile delivery and full project lifecycle management.
3. Strong skills in test governance, planning, and team leadership.
4. Proficiency with test tooling, automation, and defect management tools.
5. Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and
   - technical stakeholders.
6. Experience leading and developing QA teams in
   - paced environments.
7. Proven experience as a QA/Test Lead in
   - scale digital transformation projects.
8. Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium and Playwright.
9. Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools.
10. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.
