Are you passionate about shaping the future of quality assurance and driving innovation across teams? As a QA Lead, you’ll lead our quality assurance strategy, mentor a
- performing team, and ensure our Customer Experience Platforms deliver exceptional quality, security, and performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining scalable testing practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embedding quality into every phase of our delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define the CXP-wide QA strategy, standards, and policies across all types of testing and delivery streams.
- Lead, grow, and mentor a distributed QA function, managing QA managers and engineers across domains, while promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation in testing practices.
- Allocate QA capacity across initiatives, ensuring the right mix of skills, seniority, and domain knowledge.
- Build and evolve reusable frameworks for test planning, automation, performance testing, and
- based QA. - Ensure QA is embedded in all delivery phases with clearly defined roles, test gates, and escalation protocols.
- Define and oversee the implementation of standardized QA tooling, frameworks, and automation pipelines.
- Facilitate the QA community of practice, ensuring consistency of approaches and peer learning across teams.
Your Profile
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Test Manager in digital programs, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Expertise in Agile delivery and full project lifecycle management, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes throughout all stages.
- Strong capabilities in test governance, planning, and team leadership, effectively guiding teams to achieve
- quality outcomes. - Proficiency in test tooling and defect management, utilizing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing QA teams within fast‑paced environments, fostering growth and excellence.
- Demonstrated experience as a QA/Test Lead in complex digital transformation or
- level software projects, showcasing your ability to handle
- scale initiatives. - Advanced knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright, enabling the implementation of efficient test automation strategies.
- Hands‑on experience in performance and load testing using specialized tools, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into Agile development workflows, promoting a smooth and efficient development process.
