QA Lead

We are seeking aQA Lead who will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of testers, driving improvements in quality assurance processes, and ensuring robust and scalable test automation frameworks. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will collaborate with

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of testers to drive changes and improvements in the QA process.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks with a focus on performance and scale testing.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Identify, record, and track bugs, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall product quality and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, with a strong background in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in C# and. NET 8+.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e. g. MSTest, NUnit, XUnit, j
Meter). - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e. g. , Git
Hub Actions, Azure). - Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
