Responsibilities:

Lead QA efforts across
- module Guidewire platforms.

• Define and drive test strategies, metrics (e. g. STP, defect leakage), and test governance.

Mentor QA engineers and oversee quality across sprints.

Collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders in Agile/SAFe contexts.

Requirements:

7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in lead roles.

Strong experience in enterprise platforms (Guidewire preferred).

Proficient in managing test teams, automation strategies, and reporting.

Excellent stakeholder communication and team mentoring skills.

ISTQB Advanced or equivalent leadership certifications.
