We are looking for a QA Lead

Project

Work inside of the QA & Testing team that is allocated to Convergence program. QA Lead will be working with the Test Manager, Project Managers and Development Teams to design and support Quality Assurance and testing activities across the project's lifecycle.

Responsabilities:

Lead
-
- day QA activities for critical projects, ensuring testing efforts align with project timelines and quality goals

Collaborate with team members to analyze testing requirements and develop appropriate manual and automated test cases

Design and execute detailed
- level test plans and ensure traceability to business and technical requirements

Participate in the development and continuous improvement of core trading applications used across Euronext markets

Identify and report inconsistencies or issues in product requirements and specifications

Work closely with QA Testers to maintain consistent quality standards across projects

Drive efforts in test automation implementation and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes

Requirements:

Previous experience as a QA Lead, Senior QA Engineer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing (UI, API, performance testing) and QA methodologies.

Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, Postman, Test
Rail, Jenkins, Git, among others.

Experience with CI/CD practices, Dev
Ops, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Leadership skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience in people management, goal setting, and providing feedback is a plus.

Intermediate/advanced English (depending on company needs).
