We're looking for a Quality Assurance Tester with a sharp eye for detail, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure the quality of our digital solutions, focusing on our internal backoffice platform and API layers.

? About the Role

You’ll join our development team and play an essential role in the product lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to provide testing expertise, define testing strategies, and ensure each release meets our
- quality standards.

? What You Will Do

• Perform manual testing on the internal backoffice platform, identifying UI/UX and functional issues.
• Test and validate REST APIs using tools like Postman (status codes, payload validation, error handling, authentication, etc. ).
• Create, maintain, and update test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure
  - quality deliverables.
• Log and track bugs, assist with prioritization and triaging of issues.
• Support continuous process improvements within the QA function.

✅ What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar QA role.
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs (Postman), backoffice/admin interfaces, and performing exploratory testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, test types, and best practices.
• Experience querying Oracle databases (basic SQL knowledge).
• Basic knowledge of Selenium and/or JMeter is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within
  - functional teams.
• Good written and spoken communication in English.
