We are seeking a
- oriented QA Practice Lead to join our team, where you will define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for an
- driven platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both backend and frontend testing, along with a proactive approach to improving our overall testing framework.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Define and roll out a pragmatic QA strategy covering backend, frontend, and performance.
2. Enhance backend test coverage across microservices and APIs.
3. Kick off UI test automation to improve frontend testing.
4. Implement performance and stress testing to evaluate system limits.
5. Build and manage a small team to execute the QA strategy effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in test automation for both backend APIs and frontend UIs.
• Ability to maintain manual testing protocols where necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on details in
  - driven systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate with developers and product teams.
• A dependable, proactive, and
  - oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with
  - driven architectures.
• Familiarity with various automation tools.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
