What we value:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally working on both backend and frontend systems.

• Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks.

• Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines.

• Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools to support test coverage and incident analysis.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with test tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

• Programming experience in Java, Kotlin, Type
Script, Go, etc.

• Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance standards (e. g. , ISO, GDPR).

• Contributions to QA best practices, tooling, or community resources.

Your main roles:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations.

• Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.

• Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks across our platforms.

• Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and Dev
Ops teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines.

• Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
