We are looking for a
QA Test Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations;
- Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams;
- Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks across our platforms;
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement;
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development;
- Collaborate with infrastructure and Dev
Ops teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines; - Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally working on both backend and frontend systems;
- A strong track record in delivering
- quality web and backend applications, especially consumerfacing products; - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning;
- Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks;
- Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines;
- Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
Hub Actions); - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e. g. , Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis;
- Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers;
- Strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach to work.
- Familiarity with test tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium;
- Programming experience in any of the languages: Java, Kotlin, Type
Script, Go, etc. ; - Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance standards (e. g. , ISO, GDPR, etc. );
- Contributions to QA best practices, tooling, or community resources.
