We are looking for a
QA Test Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations;
  
• Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams;
  
• Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks across our platforms;
  
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement;
  
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development;
  
• Collaborate with infrastructure and Dev
  Ops teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines;
  
• Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes;
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally working on both backend and frontend systems;
  
• A strong track record in delivering
  - quality web and backend applications, especially consumerfacing products;
  
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning;
  
• Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks;
  
• Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance/load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines;
  
• Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
  Hub Actions);
  
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e. g. , Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis;
  
• Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers;
  
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach to work.
  

• Familiarity with test tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium;
  
• Programming experience in any of the languages: Java, Kotlin, Type
  Script, Go, etc. ;
  
• Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance standards (e. g. , ISO, GDPR, etc. );
  
• Contributions to QA best practices, tooling, or community resources.
