Mission

We are looking for QA Tester:

Responsibilities

• Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities.
• Define and support the integration test approach for the projects.
• Provide clear, accurate, regular reporting through KPIs related to the test plan implementation, as well as the automation strategy – investigate the causes of non‑conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Partner with other QA team members to align common tools and approach for testing and automation.
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that copes with test by design and embedded automated tests.
• Define and provide technical guidance and best practices for the software development teams and business operations teams.
• Contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the company quality standards, including synchronization with other quality assurance units.
• Monitor and manage risks associated to the test plan and contribute to the risk identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in QA methodology and testing processes.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in implementing automated tests.
• Experience with tools such as Git, Java, Cucumber, Playwright, JMeter, Postgre
  SQL and Xray.
• Previous experience in software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools.
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, written and verbal communication skills.
