The Qualification Technician ensures the Industrial Engineering Department’s compliance with both GMP and GACP standards and regulatory requirements, in alignment with Tilray’s best practices. The Qualification Technician is the point of contact between the Industrial Engineering Department and the validation and compliance specialists across departments, including QA/QC, Manufacturing, Production, R&D, H&S, HR and Regulatory Compliance.
Role And Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Industrial Engineering Manager to maintain

- date SOP documentation in accordance with departmental standards - Oversees the critical equipment asset list and ensures the CMMS system is accurate.
- Validates data for projects and processes managed by the Industrial Engineering Department.
- Coordinate external contractors as required, ensuring alignment with internal Departments.
- Works with QA/QC to facilitate the GMP/GACP continuous compliance.
- Develops, manages, and implements Installation and Operational Qualification procedures and related documentation.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Post-secondary technical training preferred.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required
