YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Quality and Test Lead to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading large teams (10+ members) and critical projects.
2. Developing test strategies, ensuring compliance, and risk mitigation.
3. Continuously improving the QA framework.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong background in technical leadership and stakeholder management.
• ISTQB Advanced certification is expected.
• Experience with Agile practices.
• Good command of English (B2/C1).
