Role

You’ll analyze service quality and coach teams toward best performance outcomes in a multicultural work environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and score customer service interactions.
• Provide clear performance insights and coaching.
• Support process and compliance improvements.
• Report findings and trends to leadership.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Dutch speaker, with English (B2+) proficiency.
• Great attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Communication and feedback delivery skills.
• Prior QA or customer service experience preferred.

Conditions

• Work from office (shuttle or transport allowance provided).
• Base salary €1, 650 + 9. 13/day meal allowance.
• Health insurance from Day 1.
• Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
• Full training included.
