Role

Youll analyze service quality and coach teams toward best performance outcomes in a multicultural work environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and score customer service interactions
• Provide clear performance insights and coaching
• Support process and compliance improvements
• Report findings and trends to leadership
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams

Requirements

• Native/fluent Dutch speaker, with English (B2+) proficiency
• Great attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Communication and feedback delivery skills
• Prior QA or customer service experience preferred

Conditions

• Work from office (shuttle or transport allowance provided)
• Base salary 1650 + 9. 13/day meal allowance
• Health insurance from Day 1
• Monday-Friday, 9AM‑6PM
