Role: Quality Analyst

Location: Lisbon

Employment type: full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and rate various content types, including audio, video, text, and photos, ranging from normal to mildly egregious content
• Assess ad content for accuracy, factuality, relevance, quality, helpfulness, and policy alignment
• Oversee quality assurance for digital marketing campaigns to meet standards and client expectations
• Rate content and provide clear reasoning, ensuring adherence to guidelines
• Maintain consistency in rating decisions
• Participate in internal training and calibration sessions
• Support other projects as required
• Re-writing prompts or responses

REQUIREMENTS

• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• University Degree preferred, with 1-2 years relevant experience in Ads or content moderation
• Basic computer skills, typing speed of 25-30 WPM
• Proficient with G Suite, especially Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of content moderation guidelines and best practices
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and research skills
• Critical thinking to identify biases and inconsistencies
