Responsibilities include:

1. Review, assess, and report compliance on process and procedure requirements.
2. Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend improvements, and collaborate with the operations team to enhance quality performance.
3. Conduct calibration sessions with client counterparts and operational teams to ensure alignment on quality measures.
4. Assist the Quality Manager with change management, tool enhancements, and workflow modifications.
5. Provide expertise in complex process workflows and act as a subject matter expert on Tier 1 policies and procedures.
6. Contribute ideas for innovation and standardization of work processes.
7. Develop new solutions by adapting existing methods as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Advanced Quality Assurance skills
• Intermediate communication, reporting, analytics, and issue management skills
• Beginner training and performance support skills
• Fluency in English and minimum C1 proficiency in German
