We are seeking a German-speaking Quality Analyst to join our growing international team in Lisbon.

Role

The role focuses on ensuring consistent service excellence through analysis, feedback, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate communication quality
• Provide targeted feedback and coaching
• Track and report performance metrics
• Identify process improvements
• Support quality alignment initiatives

Requirements

• Native/fluent German, with good English (B2+)
• Eye for detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• QA, BPO, or service quality experience is an asset

Conditions

• On-site position (shuttle or transport allowance)
• Base salary 1650 + 9. 13/day meal allowance
• Health insurance starting Day 1
• Monday
