Quality Analyst - Japanese Market Braga

We're hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst - Japanese Market in Lisbon, Portugal.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 1800 gross/month (annualized 14 months) + benefits

Languages: Japanese (native/fluent) & English (C2)

What you'll be doing

• Be the point of reference for all quality standards across teams.
• Evaluate diverse content (audio, video, text, photos) with precision.
• Deliver clear, written justifications for quality ratings.
• Join team calibration sessions and support training initiatives.
• Conduct peer audits and help onboard new hires.
• Share insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining top performance.
• Ensure all work meets KPIs and client expectations.

What we're looking for

• Fluent/native in Japanese and C2-level English.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (no visa support available).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Confident using Google Workspace (especially Sheets).
• Willing to work flexible shifts (Mon‑Fri, 11 AM–8 PM).
• University degree is a plus, not a requirement.
