JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Analyst Junior supports the preparation and review of technical reports under supervision. The role focuses on learning customer requirements, writing inspection instructions, reviewing inspector submissions, and supporting issue resolution. It serves as a
- level position with close guidance from senior team members.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in reviewing customer specifications and identifying inspection needs.
• Draft basic inspection instructions under supervision.
• Always seek top Quality Analyst/ Quality Analyst Supervisor direction on any inspection dates modifications or postponing. Decision must be made based on Customer feedback.
• Check submitted reports for completeness, accuracy, and required attachments.
• Escalate deviations to senior staff and support in
  - up communication.
• Maintain updated records and ensure final reports are submitted correctly.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Learning curve and progression towards independent report handling.
• Accuracy in data verification and instruction writing.
• Timeliness of reporting activities under supervision.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

• Reports to: Quality Manager or Quality Analyst Supervisor.
• Works closely with: Quality Analysts

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Any other tasks or requirements deemed necessary by the direct supervisor or top management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Entry-level role; technical education or internship background preferred.
• Interest in quality, inspection, or data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written English; familiarity with technical content is a plus.
