Quality Assistant Manager

Then you are the Quality Assistant Manager that we are looking for!
What you'll do
- Support all projects in Quality matters;
- Assist in developing and maintaining QA policies, procedures, and standards;
- Support the development and execution of ongoing training programs to enhance the expertise and skills of the Quality department;
- Conduct skills assessments and develop personalized plans to upgrade the skill sets of team members;
- Provide training in data analytics, including tools for business intelligence and statistical analysis;
- Invest in the development of advanced analytical skills within the team, focusing on data interpretation,
- solving, and
- making; - Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management;
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to resolve quality issues; - Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English (C1 level);
- Strong background in quality management and continuous improvement processes;
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a Quality department;
- Expertise in business analytics and
- driven
- making; - Proficiency in analytical tools such as statistical software, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization tools;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members;
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and other departments to align strategic initiatives.
