Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the document management system.
• Perform document control functions such as issuing new documents, revising copies, controlling document libraries, and archiving old versions.
• Collaborate with department heads to write and revise documents in a consistent format.
• Ensure all employees are properly trained in related procedures by developing and presenting training materials.
• Assist in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with Portuguese Authority, Eudralex GMP, GACP requirements, and other jurisdictions.
• Support the ongoing development, implementation, and improvement of GMP & GACP programs.
• Develop and maintain documentation to comply with Good Documentation Practices and
  - keeping requirements.
• Assist with quality assurance requirements for projects.
• Create and communicate monthly KPI reports.
• Support the qualification of suppliers and management of service providers.
• Assist in the creation of the annual Product Quality Review.
• Support the Self Inspection Program.
• Provide vacation relief for QA assistants and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Previous experience in GMP is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized,
  - directed, with strong critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
