Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the document management system.
- Perform document control functions such as issuing new documents, revising copies, controlling document libraries, and archiving old versions.
- Collaborate with department heads to write and revise documents in a consistent format.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained in related procedures by developing and presenting training materials.
- Assist in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with Portuguese Authority, Eudralex GMP, GACP requirements, and other jurisdictions.
- Support the ongoing development, implementation, and improvement of GMP & GACP programs.
- Develop and maintain documentation to comply with Good Documentation Practices and
- keeping requirements. - Assist with quality assurance requirements for projects.
- Create and communicate monthly KPI reports.
- Support the qualification of suppliers and management of service providers.
- Assist in the creation of the annual Product Quality Review.
- Support the Self Inspection Program.
- Provide vacation relief for QA assistants and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree in Health Sciences or related field.
- Previous experience in GMP is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized,
- directed, with strong critical thinking skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
