Profile of the candidate
We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and help us strengthen and scale quality through test automation and modern QA practices.
This role is ideal for someone who already works with automation, wants to grow as a Quality Engineer , and is curious about innovation and AI applied to testing , without needing to be an expert.
You will work closely with Developers, Product, and Dev
Ops to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
What will you be doing?
Quality Assurance & Automation
Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web applications (UI and API).
Execute and maintain regression test suites, reducing manual testing effort.
Identify bugs, edge cases, and quality risks early in the development process.
Contribute to improving test coverage and test reliability.
Automation Frameworks & CI/CD
Work with existing automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc. ).
Contribute to the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Help improve test execution speed, stability, and reporting.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Explore AI-assisted and intelligent testing approaches , such as:
Test case generation
Test data generation
Flaky test detection
Participate in experiments,

- concepts, or internal initiatives related to QA innovation.
Stay up to date with QA trends and propose improvements to existing processes
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other QAs.
Participate in requirement discussions to improve testability.
Communicate clearly about test results, risks, and quality status.
What we expect from you?
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or QA Automation.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).
Good programming skills in Java
Script / Type
Script and/or Python.
Experience testing APIs and backend services.
Basic experience or exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA best practices.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI and innovation in QA.
Ability to work independently while collaborating well in a team.
Good SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have
Exposure to AI or LLM tools in testing or development workflows.
Experience improving or extending automation frameworks.
Knowledge of performance or load testing tools (k6, JMeter, etc. ).
Experience in Saa
