The role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will lead the transition from manual QA to a fully automated regression testing strategy, ensuring
- quality releases across frontend, backend, and API layers. You will work closely with frontend and backend engineers to define test strategies, implement automation frameworks, and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests using Playwright for frontend (Vue) and backend (. NET) applications
- Collaborate with FE/BE engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive coverage of

- end user journeys - Transform existing manual test cases into automated regression tests
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Git
Hub Actions - Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring reproducibility and verifying fixes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and test coverage
- Support release validation and regression cycles for multiple modules and APIs
- Advocate for best practices in test automation and quality assurance
Required experience and skills
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with some automation exposure
- Strong
- on experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks - Familiarity with CI/CD integration, preferably using Git
Hub Actions - Knowledge of testing Vue. js frontend applications and. NET backend services
- Understanding of test automation best practices, design patterns, and maintainable test code
- Experience with
