Overview

Quality Assurance Engineer role at Bloq. it. Bloq. it is the world’s leading smart locker solution. We’re rapidly expanding and seeking a QA Engineer to join our team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you’ll focus on API testing, functional testing, and automated testing to ensure high quality, reliability, and performance of our smart locker solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and map test scenarios;
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality;
• Perform API tests to ensure their correct operation;
• Conduct manual and automated tests on our products;
• Identify, record, and track bugs;
• Review system requirements, specifications, and technical documents;
• Evaluate test results and collaborate with the development team to solve problems;
• Provide feedback to the development team and offer suggestions for improvements.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes;
• Experience with test case development;
• Experience in manual functional testing;
• Experience in programming languages (e. g. , Java
  Script, Python);
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (e. g. , Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework);
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of API tools (e. g. , Postman, Swagger);

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Firmware/hardware functional test;
• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD automation using Git
  Hub Actions;
• Load and performance testing experience;
• Startup / Scaleup experience;
