Experis is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer to join an international technology team based in Porto or Lisbon.

In this role, you will be part of the Testing Engineering team, supporting automation initiatives and ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions through UFT-based automated testing.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the automated testing platform using UFT (Opentext).
• Support development and validation teams in test automation activities.
• Define and implement best practices for automation and quality assurance.
• Develop and execute
  -
  - end automated functional tests (VBScript).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and present new automation solutions.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in an agile, international environment.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in automated testing (development and maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of UFT / ALMQC (Opentext) and test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jenkins, XLR/XLD, and related testing tools.
• Experience with VBScript for automation development.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Knowledge of V-cycle, Agile, or bimodal environments.
