Position Details

Location: Alfragide | Hybrid model (3 days in person per week)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Education: Bachelor's degree completed

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a Java background to join a team dedicated to ensuring every line of code is tested, validated, and delivered with confidence.

You will work closely with development and business teams on projects with real impact, using automation tools and frameworks to grow and consolidate your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and perform manual testing (initial knowledge phase)
• Develop and execute automated tests
• Maintain and create new automated test scenarios
• Develop support frameworks/applications in Java for testing
• Identify gaps in tests and propose continuous improvements

What We Look For

• Strong knowledge of Java (essential)
• Good knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Fluency in English
• Experience with tools like JIRA, XRAY, Intelli
  J, Selenium, Cucumber, GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence, Linux/AIX, Robot
  Framework, IBM Web
  Sphere, TIBCO BW5 (valued), Testes de UI e APIs, BDD, Groovy, REST API integration with JIRA/Bitbucket

Valued Skills

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification
• Proactivity, critical thinking, curiosity, and team spirit
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
