Bit is a company dedicated exclusively to the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector, belonging to Gi Group, an Italian multinational positioning itself as one of the largest companies worldwide in the field of Human Resources.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join the team of our client - a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ERP QA framework, standards, and governance for the new ERP and
  - functional modules.
• Ensure that requirements are traceable to test cases, test results, and defect logs.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of the dedicated testing team, SI testers, and business users during UAT.
• Facilitate defect triage, prioritization, and escalation, ensuring
  - critical issues are addressed.
• Produce QA dashboards and quality status reporting for the Head of ERP and Steering Committee.
• Ensure ERP quality processes support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA practices across ERP waves and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems or other similar areas.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Motivation to explore in more detail subjects related to SAP (S4/Hana) will be valued.
• Strong knowledge of QA frameworks and quality governance.
• Familiarity with QA and defect management tools (e. g. , JIRA, ALM, Solution Manager).
• Previous exposure to global rollouts and implementations, as well as in coordinating distributed testing teams and vendors will be valued.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
