Overview
Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Scientist to join the Connected Things (Cyber-physical systems) Group, in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. The candidate will contribute to the business area of Digital Health and work within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Document and maintain software requirements
- Document, execute and maintain test cases based on requirements
- Develop and maintain UI tests
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Your Profile
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Informatics, Computing Engineering, Information Science, or similar
- Professional Experience: 1 year of professional experience
- Technical Skills: Experience in software engineering and testing; experience in developing automated tests for mobile or web applications is valued; experience working closely with software development
- Other Skills: Excellent English communication skills (technical and general audiences); ability to translate research findings into actionable insights

- Experience with test case management tools (e. g. , Test
Rail or similar) - Experience with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins or similar)
- Automation experience for Flutter and/or Java (Spring Boot) applications using mocking tools (e. g. , Mockito)
