JOB DESCRIPTION:
Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for the factory in Santo Tirso - Porto.
Integrated into a multicultural environment and dynamic team, this position will report directly to the Quality Department Management.
The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for corrective treatment of recurring problems that occur on production lines. You must interact with different areas to resolve problems at their root cause.
PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS/MISSÃO:
1. Corrective treatment of problems and continuous improvement:
- Evaluate the most frequent
- conformities identified by inspectors or reported by customers and define action plans to eradicate the root causes;
- Managethe cost of
- quality in the area of activity and define actions to reduce these costs and increase productivity;
- Work in amultidisciplinary team to define relevant actions and execute them if applicable to Quality;
- Create and manage the PPS (8D) associated with the area of activity;
- Processing datarelating to
- conformities generated in the area of activity, defining priorities based on possible gains, whether in terms of costs, time or ergonomics for both production operators and quality inspectors.
2. Customer Quality
- Manage customer complaints by responding with root cause analyzes and action plans to prevent them from reappearing;
- Maintain regular contact with customers;
- Define actions together with the client to evaluate the problems that arise in the client in a holistic way;
- Show external authorities the work method and decisions made;
- Management of Quality Incident Notices in cases of
- conformities exported to the customer.
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 12th year or Degree in Engineering or Quality Management (will be valued);
- Minimum professional experience of 2 years in similar functions;
- Knowledgein the field of aeronautics (preferred factor);
- Knowledgeof problem solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, etc. . . );
- Ability to readplans and use standards;
- Mastery of Excel;
- SAP user experience (preferred);
- Fluent in
Portuguese and English;
knowledge of French will be valued;
- Rigor, dynamismand proactivity;
- High sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
- Ease of relationships and ability to work in a team;
- Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
