Main responsabilities:

• Analyze and handle recurring
  - conformities in production processes.
• Define and monitor corrective action plans (8D, PPS, 5 Whys).
• Manage the cost of
  - quality, proposing efficiency and failure reduction measures.
• Handle customer complaints through root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Develop and monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and control plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Logistics to address root causes.
• Participate in internal and client meetings related to quality topics.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Degree in Engineering or Quality Management (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (experience in the aerospace sector is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and
  - solving tools (8D, 5 Whys).
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Critical thinking, autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong
  - oriented mindset.
