We are looking for an Test Lead!

Mission: The Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing strategy within the Globe project, ensuring the quality of deliveries by defining, planning, and executing QA activities in close collaboration with development, product, and integration teams.

Responsabilities:

• Define and maintain the testing strategy for the project, aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Coordinate the QA team, ensuring the correct distribution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Develop and supervise test plans and test executions (functional, regression, integration, E2E).
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and defects in Xray/Jira.
• Identify blockages and dependencies (e. g. , environments, integrations with other teams) and proactively work to resolve them.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews) and collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Produce quality reports and metrics on test coverage and execution.
• Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in complex projects involving multiple teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Xray, Confluence.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA practices.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate with technical and

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Good level of english.
