Quality Auditor - German

We are seeking a German Quality Auditor to join our team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assessing audits through data analysis
• Monitoring CSR performance daily by taping, listening to, reviewing, and evaluating interactions
• Participating in meetings with supervisors and project leaders to discuss monitoring outcomes
• Reporting script issues or questions to the relevant departments
• Communicating program changes with supervisors
• Executing monthly call monitoring and tracking achievements
• Providing information for the Monthly Quality Report
• Participating in calibration sessions to align scoring skills and interpretation among QAs
• Understanding and complying with all security requirements and policies of the company and client
• Ensuring team compliance with security policies and raising awareness about security protocols

To succeed, you will need:

• Proficient (C2) German (mandatory)
• Advanced English skills (C1, verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and make fair judgments
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to influence behavior
• Adherence to organizational policies and procedures
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Knowledge of effective scripting and call assessment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate or be a local candidate in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work at Sete Rios site for 2 months, then hybrid work
• Working hours from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday
