What we expect from you?
- Embedding quality practices tailored to project realities and business goals into the business division you support
- Monitoring project quality through regular check‑ups and proactive risk identification
- Collaborating with division leadership to align quality strategies with business objectives
- Supporting project reviews and PMO efforts, helping assess project health from a quality perspective
- Ensuring audit readiness and supporting internal/external audits and compliance initiatives (e. g. , ISO, CMMI, EN9100)
- Driving continuous improvement, helping teams identify and implement smarter ways of working
- Analyzing customer satisfaction and complaints, and contributing to corrective and preventive actions
- Coaching and supporting QA engineers, ensuring their contribution adds clear value to project teams
- Delivering quality training and raising awareness in a pragmatic and engaging way
- Contributing to the evolution of the IMS, with feedback from real project and business experience
What makes you a good candidate for this role?
- Solid understanding of quality standards (e. g. , ISO 9001, EN 9100, CMMI)
- Experience working in project environments (software, engineering, or technology‑based)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence without authority
- Analytical skills to interpret quality data and translate it into meaningful action
- Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams
