We are currently seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join one of our trusted clients – a global leader in customer experience solutions. If you're passionate about quality, communication, and continuous improvement, this role is your chance to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions daily to ensure quality standards are met.
• Track and execute monthly quality audits, keeping clear and consistent records.
• Participate in feedback meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Identify gaps in processes, scripts, or communication and suggest actionable improvements.
• Support the development of Monthly Quality Reports and align with
  - specific needs.
• Join calibration sessions to align quality standards across teams and assist in training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in a contact center or customer service setting.
• Excellent analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in German or Dutch (C1) and English (C1).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of QA metrics, internal policies, and call evaluation best practices.
