Our aim is to help and inspire small and
- sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

Supporting technical analyses associated with product complaints;



Supporting the technical quality control process for production sent in by partners;



Identifying and prioritizing process problems, optimizing process efficiency and quality;



Developing and implementing operational procedures and ensuring their effectiveness;



Understand and analyze causes of process variability and define procedures to eliminate them;



Designing and defining critical process parameters, monitoring and ensuring compliance with them;



Identify and prioritize process problems, optimizing process efficiency and quality.

Hard Skills:

Knowledge of Excel

Fluency in English (preferred)

About you:

Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Management or equivalent

Ability of data analysis

Autonomy and conflict resolution skills

Excellent
- solving skills
