Your Mission:

As a QC Technician specializing in ATMPs with dendritic cells, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through meticulous testing and analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking therapies that have the potential to revolutionize patient care.

• Performing routine testing of raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products using a range of analytical techniques, including but not limited to flow cytometry, ELISA, CBC and q
  PCR;
• Conducting environmental monitoring in cleanrooms, including viable and non‑viable particle monitoring, surface sampling, and personnel monitoring to ensure compliance with GMP standards;
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all testing activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures;
• Assisting in the qualification and validation of analytical methods, equipment, and processes to ensure reliability and reproducibility of results;
• Participating in the investigation of deviations, out‑of‑specification results, and non‑conformances, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs);
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QC processes, procedures and systems, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience with flow cytometry, preferably using Cyto
  FLEX flow cytometer and Cyt
  Expert software;
• Practical experience with a range of analytical techniques and instruments, including ELISA, q
  PCR, complete blood cell count analysis and microscopy;
• Previous experience in a Quality Control role within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry, ideally involving ATMPs or cell therapy products, is considered an advantage;
• Experience in cell culture, specifically dendritic cells or other cell‑based therapies is highly desirable;
• Familiarity with c
  GMP regulations and guidelines governing the manufacture of biologics and ATMPs, with a demonstrated commitment to quality and compliance;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute to a positive work culture;
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
