Panidoris is a leading industrial food company specialized in frozen bakery and pastry production, currently recruiting a Quality Director to strengthen our leadership team and uphold the highest standards across our quality and food safety system.

YOUR MAIN ROLE

Implement and oversee the global strategy for the Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with EU food regulations, customer requirements, and highest international standards (including IFS, BRC, HALAL, RSPO, among others), while driving continuous improvement and sustainability.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality and Food Safety Management System

• Lead, develop, and ensure the implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System in line with applicable standards and requirements;
• Ensure product and process compliance with local and EU food regulations and customer requirements;
• Oversee internal and external audits, including customer audits (preparation, execution, and
  - up of action plans), ensuring certification compliance and renewal (IFS, BRC, RSPO, HALAL, SEDDEX, and others as required);
• Support the company’s sustainability strategy, in line with the Group's CSR roadmap.

Food Safety and Hygiene

• Oversee implementation and monitoring of HACCP procedures;
• Manage microbiological and
  - chemical analyses and control plans;
• Handle product and process
  - conformities, customer complaints, and product withdrawals/recalls when needed.

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Projects

• Lead and deploy continuous improvement initiatives in quality;
• Actively participate in new product development projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards;
• Work closely with peers to improve overall site performance.

Team Management

• Lead, organize, and develop the Quality team (quality management, quality control, laboratory);
• Set objectives, oversee activities, and support skills development within the team.
