Drive Systems is seeking a dynamic,
- driven individual to join as Quality Documentation Specialist at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Quality Management System Coordinator, as needed, with all functions within the plant.
- Prepare, control, and update quality documentation related to new projects, including Control Plans, Process Flowcharts, Control Charts, and raw material control plans, following the guidance of the Quality and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Update and control quality documentation during serial production changes.
- Provide documental support to the Quality and Engineering departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Adhere to the organization’s rules, internal regulations, Code of Ethics, and work schedules.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Follow environmental policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, when justified by operational needs.
Education & Experience
- Minimum secondary education in a technical field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in the field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and guidelines (IATF, ISO 9001, TISAX).
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
