Responsibilities:

- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits

- Integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems, and monitor tasks associated with these systems

- Develop and revise departmental manuals and standards

- Plan and deliver training sessions within the department

- Collaborate on aircraft certification processes

- Assist in preparing application processes for aircraft leasing operations

- Analyze and apply relevant legislation

- Manage and coordinate training processes

Requirements:

- Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering

- Experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits

- Proficient in monitoring Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements

- Previous professional experience in the aviation industry and auditing is an advantage

- Willingness to travel as required

- Strong time management skills;

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Capability to work under pressure and meet goals

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
