As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. Acting as the key link between our factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing teams, you will help bring
- class products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects
• Track and drive project maturity levels
• Conduct process audits to maintain
  - tier standards
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures
• Support safe launch activities within your product group
• Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs
  
  

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous
