Main Role / Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality performance of products and processes;
  
  
  
  
• Handle all customer and central logistics complaints, ensuring the rapid implementation of corrective actions in the field in order to prevent recurrences;
  
  
  
  
• Promote the implementation of the appropriate quality tools for each of process;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate the work of the quality control team;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure compliance with product requirements in accordance with corporate guidelines and standards;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate product and process improvement in order to promote interdisciplinary work as a source of continuous quality improvement.

Job Requirements:

• High Degree in Engineering;
  
  
  
  
• Training in Quality Management and Quality Audits;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgeof inspection techniques and equipment;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with
  SAP or similar ERP system;
  
  
  
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Google tools command;
  
  
  
  
• Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
