Your role in our team:

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain
- on experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS). The Management Systems & QEH&S Engineer will actively develop a QEH&S culture that promotes a safe and healthy working environment, acting as a behavior change agent to ensure continuous improvement across the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the QEH&S Management, including workplace visits, hazard identification, risk assessment and control, documentation management, training needs identification, and environmental impact assessments per project/site, supporting the preparation and validation of EH&S Plans;
• Ensure
  - up on projects regarding quality, environment, and safety issues;
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with QEH&S management systems and standards;
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and define action plans;
• Determine appropriate PPE for tasks;
• Implement fire safety measures, conduct drills, and ensure emergency preparedness;
• Provide training in QEH&S areas;
• Participate in QEH&S audits and ensure legal compliance;
• Develop risk assessment methodologies and environmental impact evaluation actions;
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements;
• Support the development of reports and management analyses.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering
• Certified Health & Safety Officer
• Technical competencies in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), including Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, Safety Management Systems, and Emergency Preparedness
