We are currently looking for Quality Engineer (Tester) ATC

Requirements:

Quality Assurance Expertise

Minimum of 5 years of
- on experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality metrics.

- Programming Proficiency

Solid experience in Java and Selenium enabling effective test automation and framework development.

Knowledge of Postman, Cucumber and JUnit is highly valued

- CI/CD Integration

Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and pipelines, contributing to efficient and reliable software delivery.

- Test Framework Development

At least 3 years of experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch, including architecture planning, tool selection, and implementation of scalable automated test suites.

- API & Endpoint Testing

Advanced skills in automated API and endpoint testing, with a focus on validating response accuracy, performance, and reliability across various environments.

- Telecom Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with telecommunications industry workflows and processes is a plus, enhancing
- specific testing and collaboration.

- Autonomy & Initiative

Proven ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.

- Communication Skills

Strong command of spoken and written English (minimum C1 level), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly document testing strategies and results.

- Soft Skills

Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in
- paced, dynamic environments are essential.

- Code Review & Mentorship

Experience in conducting code reviews for test automation and providing mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering team growth, and ensuring
- quality deliverables. Primary Skill: Automated Software Testing, Java, Selenium Automation

- Secondary Skill: Telco B2C Solutions

Location: Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra hybrid
