Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
• Programming proficiency.
• Solid experience in Java and Selenium enabling effective test automation and framework development.
• Knowledge of Postman, Cucumber and JUnit is highly valued.
• Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and pipelines, contributing to efficient and reliable software delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch, including architecture planning, tool selection, and implementation of scalable automated test suites.
• Advanced skills in automated API and endpoint testing, with a focus on validating response accuracy, performance, and reliability across various environments.
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry workflows and processes is a plus, enhancing domain‑specific testing and collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong command of spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability – proactive mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience in conducting code reviews for test automation and providing mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering team growth, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Location

Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra – hybrid.
