Quadrante Group is hiring a Quality, Environment and Safety Manager for our Alfragide office.

Reporting directly to Management, the Quality, Environment and Safety Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities related to Quality, Environment, and Safety across the Quadrante Group. This includes ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Quality and Environment Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Quality, Environment, and Safety Management activities, ensuring the achievement of objectives and compliance with applicable normative and regulatory requirements
• Monitor quality and environmental performance indicators and contribute to the definition and implementation of corrective actions when necessary
• Manage environmental initiatives, including waste management, performance monitoring, environmental impact assessments, legal compliance, and mandatory communications
• Lead the internal audit program and support external certification audits under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Oversee the incident management process, including defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare and deliver quality and environmental performance reports to senior management
• Collaborate with Process Managers and support areas to drive continuous process improvement, including monitoring KPIs
• Extend current certifications to other companies within the Group, including in Brazil, Chile, and Romania
• Implement certification under ISO 45001
• Design and deliver internal training programs related to quality, environment, and safety
• Support qualification processes and commercial proposals from a quality, environment, and safety standpoint
• Foster and maintain a strong culture of Quality and Safety across the organization

Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, Environment and Safety Management Systems, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Certified or experienced Auditor
• Formal training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, resilience, dynamism, and effective communication skills
