Quality Environment Health Safety Manager
About the Company:

With a culture oriented towards continuous improvement and environmental responsibility, the company is looking to strengthen its team with a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, among others).
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Promote continuous improvement of production and administrative processes, focusing on product quality and employee safety.
- Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and corrective/preventive action plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Represent the company before regulatory bodies and clients on QHSE matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering or related fields.
- Relevant experience in management or coordination roles in Quality, Safety and Environment, preferably in the textile or chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and applicable legislation.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and
- oriented mindset. - Excellent communication, proactivity, and critical thinking.
- Proficient in quality management tools and risk analysis.
- Fluent in English.
