Quality Lead
About this opportunity
Responsible for overseeing quality control processes and ensure our projects meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.
Location: Sines, Portugal. This role requires being
- site during the work week. No rotation or
- in/fly-out arrangement applies.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Positively engaging with Customer, ensuring their needs are met through
- quality deliverables that align with their expectations. - Collaborating with construction, commissioning, procurement, health and safety and other project teams to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Addressing quality issues and ensure necessary modifications are made to keep to budget, schedule, and scope for improved project delivery.
- Executing project audits and ensuring audit goals are met.
- Identifying and reporting on
- conformance. - Identify opportunities for improvement, applying disciplined
- solving techniques to prevent and correct quality issues. - Analysing and evaluating quality metrics for construction projects, providing actionable,
- driven insights to support process adherence. - Driving continuous improvement in quality control procedures, leading
- wide change management initiatives. - Delivering training and guidance to stakeholders on quality control processes, specifications, and best practices to build capability across teams.
- Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of the Project Director.

Who we’re looking for
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Experience in construction quality management, commissioning expertise, quality control testing in
- scale construction projects, preferably in data center construction. - Ability to handle and interpret large amounts of information and confidential information.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to integrate with teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional level of English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
