What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager
• Proven experience in implementing and monitoring ISO 9001 Quality Plans
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking
• Availability to travel

Responsibilities:

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service procedures
• Identify risks and propose preventive actions
• Perform internal and external quality audits and prepare detailed reports
• Train and lead the quality team
