What we are looking for:

5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager

Proven experience in implementing and monitoring ISO 9001 Quality Plans

Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering

Proficiency in IT tools

Strong autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking

Availability to travel

Responsibilities:

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service procedures

• Identify risks and propose preventive actions

• Perform internal and external quality audits and prepare detailed reports

• Train and lead the quality team
