Quality Manager
We’re looking for a bright and experienced Quality Manager to join our team of Quality Guardians.
This team understands and finds value in quality requirements and embeds them into an agile mindset and practices. As a Quality Guardian, you will be involved in conducting thorough software audits, implementing quality assurance processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal Quality Guardian possesses the skills to ensure internal and external quality requirements are fulfilled without jeopardizing agility.
Here is what your

- day will look like:
- Manage Critical Tech
Works quality system and ensure its improvement, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization; - Collaborate with internal and external auditors and conduct certification activities;
- Ensure compliance with internal and external controls;
- Work with the Dev
Ops teams to extract value from formal quality requirements; - Influence and assist Dev
Ops teams and other areas of the company in aligning with and achieving corporate quality objectives; - Monitor and evaluate internal processes for compliance and efficiency;
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions;
- Become an enabler who simplifies processes rather than complicating them;
- Create a collaborative environment across all areas of the organization;
- Support product teams in continuous improvement;
- Have a quality innovation mindset to pursue new ways of doing things.
Technical skills typically required include:
- At least 3 years of experience with quality standards such as ISO 9000 series;
- Experience in IT, software environments, and Dev
Ops collaboration; - Experience with internal and formal quality audits;
- Knowledge of other standards such as ISO 27000 series, TISAX, and ASPICE assessments is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Responsibility and attention to detail;
- Agile mindset with a
- oriented approach; - Facilitation skills and experience;
- Availability to travel.
